Oh, neck pain is a nightmare, I totally feel you! I've tried so many pillows. A contoured memory foam pillow really helped me, it keeps my neck aligned. Also, applying a warm compress before bed and doing some gentle neck stretches can give extra relief. But for severe pain, please see a physio or doctor.

Bro, I had bad neck pain from sitting on my laptop all day. I bought one of those memory foam pillows that have a dip for your head and a raised part for your neck. It took a few days to get used to, but it helped a lot. Also, check your sleeping position, sometimes that's the real culprit.

Beta, for neck pain, my mother always advised a thin, firm pillow that supports the neck without raising the head too much. Nowadays, these memory foam pillows with curves are popular. But if the pain is severe, it's not just about the pillow; you must see a doctor. They might suggest some exercise or a different treatment.

Namaste. For neck pain, proper alignment of the spine is crucial, even while sleeping. Many find a cervical pillow, which supports the natural curve of the neck, to be beneficial. Before bed, gentle neck rolls and conscious breathing can also relax the muscles, reducing strain on the pillow. Listen to your body, always.

My grandmother always said to roll a towel and put it under your neck, that worked for her mild pain. But these days, they have special contoured pillows, memory foam ones. Many people find them good. If your pain is very bad or doesn't go away, you must go to a doctor, haan. Don't take chances with persistent pain.
