What type of migraine do i have?

I've been getting these really intense headaches with aura and sometimes even nausea. My sister gets migraines, but mine feel a bit different. How can I figure out what type of migraine I might have?

Dude, don't try to guess your migraine type from online stuff, it's too confusing. My friend had super bad headaches and thought it was migraine but turned out to be something else. Just book an appointment with a doctor, they'll tell you properly what's up.

Oh god, I totally get this feeling! Every time I get a new symptom, I'm on Google for hours trying to self-diagnose, which just makes me more stressed. But with migraines, it's really important to see a proper neurologist. They can figure out if it's classic migraine, tension headache, or something else. Don't stress too much before seeing a doc, okay?

I used to panic so much about my headaches, thinking the worst, like 'oh no is it a brain tumor?' But after seeing a good doctor, they diagnosed it as classic migraine with aura. Once you know the type, it becomes so much easier to manage. So don't worry, just get it checked by a professional.

First, you need a proper diagnosis from a neurologist. Once you know the type of migraine, you can work on triggers and management. My doctor said that regular light exercise, like brisk walking, can help reduce frequency for some types of migraines, if it doesn't trigger them. But always check with your doctor first before starting anything new.

See, sometimes our body just gives us signals. Don't get disheartened. It's always best to consult a good doctor to understand what type of migraine you have. Once you know, you can take proper care. Stay positive, eat well, and follow the doctor's advice. Everything will be okay.

Beta, for these things, listen to your elders, but also listen to the doctor. My wife used to get terrible 'aadha-sheeshi' dard, like half-head pain. We tried applying balm, ginger tea, but finally, the doctor gave her specific medicine. So go to a good doctor, they will tell you what kind it is. You can try some light head massage with lavender oil if it's not severe, but only after doc consultation.
