What type of juice is good for diabetics?

My husband has diabetes and he misses his morning juice a lot. We try to avoid packaged ones, but I'm not sure which homemade juices are safe for him. Any suggestions for good options?

For diabetics, it's best to minimize all juices, as they lack fiber and can spike blood sugar. But if one absolutely wants some, vegetable juices like bitter gourd (karela), amla, spinach, or tomato are better options, and that too in moderation. Always prefer whole fruits over juice.

Haan na, for diabetics, fruit juices are generally not good because of the sugar. Best is no juice, but if you really want, maybe some karela juice or plain diluted vegetable juice, like palak or cucumber. Even then, thoda hi, haan?

Most juices are expensive anyway and not good for diabetics. Best to save your money for medicines and necessary tests. If you want something, blend some inexpensive vegetables like cucumber or tomato with water at home. Much better for health and pocket. Avoid packaged juices completely.

Hmm, for diabetics, generally no fruit juices! 🙅‍♀️ But some vegetable juices like karela (bitter gourd) or amla (Indian gooseberry) can be okay in small amounts. Or even just plain tomato juice! 🍅 Always check with your doc first though! 😊

Look, if you're diabetic, don't go by every 'health tip' on the internet about juices. Most fruit juices are concentrated sugar. You need to verify anything with your doctor or a qualified nutritionist. Only they can tell you what's safe and in what quantity for YOUR specific condition.

It's tough, right? When you're diabetic, you feel like you have to give up so much. But for juices, honestly, it's best to avoid them as much as possible. The sugar spike is real. Maybe very, very small amounts of bitter gourd or amla juice. It's okay to feel frustrated, but your health is important.

From what my health app and nutritionist advised, fruit juices are a big no-no for diabetics due to sugar spikes. They suggest focusing on whole foods. If you absolutely need a liquid, unsweetened vegetable juices like spinach or cucumber, maybe with a tiny bit of ginger. Track your glucose response to be sure.

Beta, when I got diagnosed, my doctor told me to forget fruit juices completely. It's too much sugar in one go. If you want something, try a small cup of karela juice, or just plain water. It's better in the long run. Don't worry, you get used to it.

From a practical standpoint, pure fruit juices are usually a no-go for diabetics due to the sugar concentration. Stick to water, unsweetened tea, or very diluted vegetable juices like karela or amla. Whole fruits are always better for fiber. And keep checking your sugars!

Honestly, for diabetics, 'good juice' is a tricky concept because of how quickly sugar gets absorbed. Whole fruits are always preferable. If it must be juice, unsweetened vegetable juices like bitter gourd, spinach, or tomato, and even then, in very small, controlled portions. Always discuss with a doctor or dietitian.

Good juice for diabetics? Is there even such a thing? Probably the kind that tastes like sadness and regret, haan? Seriously, stick to water or black coffee. My doc says any juice is a sugar bomb. And honestly, I'm too tired to argue with him.

Yaar, 'good juice' for diabetics is actually a bit of a myth. Most fruit juices are high in sugar, even natural ones. Best to stick to water or maybe very diluted karela juice. Whole fruits are way better than juice, always. Seriously.
