What type of diabetes needs insulin?

My doctor recently said my blood sugar levels are quite high and I might need to start insulin. I'm a bit scared about injections. Does every diabetic patient eventually need insulin, or is it only for a certain type of diabetes?

Haan, toh main batata hoon, Type 1 diabetes mein toh for sure insulin chahiye hota hai. Usme body insulin banati hi nahin na. Type 2 mein sometimes it starts with pills, but later on, many people need insulin injections.

Beta, Type 1 diabetes ke liye toh insulin hi zaroori hai. Usmein bachpan se hi problem hoti hai. Aur Type 2 waale bhi, agar medicines se control na ho, toh doctor insulin dete hain. Apne doctor se hi poochhna chahiye, woh sahi salah denge.

Namaste. My uncle has Type 2 and he eventually needed insulin when his tablets weren't enough. But for Type 1, it's always insulin from the start. Always best to discuss with your doctor, they will know what is right for your body.

Ho na, Type 1 diabetes mein toh body bilkul bhi insulin nahi banati, so unko toh injections lagte hi hain. Aur Type 2 mein, agar lifestyle changes aur medicines se sugar control na ho, tab doctor suggest karte hain insulin. Depends on person to person, haan na?

Generally, Type 1 diabetes always requires insulin because the body stops producing it completely. For Type 2, it might eventually be needed if oral medications and lifestyle changes aren't enough to manage blood sugar. Please make sure to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a qualified doctor.

Oh, diabetes. My friend has Type 1 and he's on insulin jabs since forever. It must be tough to manage with all the yummy food around! For Type 2, I guess it starts with diet control, but if you love your sweets too much, insulin might come into play later, haha. But seriously, depends on the doctor's call.
