What to use to get rid of dandruff?

My dandruff has become really bad recently, with flakes all over my clothes and a very itchy scalp. I've tried a few shampoos, but they don't seem to get rid of it completely. What can I use to effectively get rid of dandruff?

I used to panic so much about dandruff, thought it was some big issue. But actually, a good anti-dandruff shampoo used regularly solves it for most people. Don't stress too much, just find a good product and stick to it for a few weeks.

For dandruff, medicated shampoos are the most effective. Look for ones with Ketoconazole or Zinc Pyrithione. Use it consistently as directed, usually twice a week. If it doesn't improve, see a dermatologist, no time to waste on ineffective remedies.

For dandruff, you can track which shampoos or remedies aggravate/improve it. But generally, a good anti-dandruff shampoo with active ingredients is step one. If no improvement, use a health app to schedule a dermatologist visit; they can assess and suggest professional treatment.

Dandruff can be quite stubborn, and sometimes it's linked to other underlying issues, especially for women. While anti-dandruff shampoos are usually the first step, if it doesn't clear up, it's really best to consult a dermatologist. What works for one person might not for another.

Dandruff is very common, don't worry too much. In my time, we used neem oil, but now there are so many good anti-dandruff shampoos. Find one that suits you, and be regular with it. It will get better.

I've heard apple cider vinegar can help with dandruff, but I'm always a bit skeptical about putting food stuff on my hair. Medicated shampoos seem like the most common and effective solution. What have others tried?

Yaar, dandruff is such a pain, actually. I used to have it bad. Try those shampoos with selenium sulfide or ketoconazole, they really work. And make sure you wash your hair properly, not just a quick rinse, ya.

Many people ask about dandruff. The simplest and often most effective solution is a good anti-dandruff shampoo that you use consistently. If that doesn't work after a few weeks, then it's time to visit a dermatologist. Sometimes it's something more than just typical dandruff.

Just like managing my thyroid, consistency is key with dandruff. A good anti-dandruff shampoo from a reputable brand usually works. If it persists, it could be something else, so a visit to a skin doctor is like a regular check-up for your scalp health.
