What to use for dandruff?

My scalp has become really itchy and flaky, and I see a lot of dandruff on my clothes. It's quite embarrassing. What can I use for this dandruff to get rid of it?

Dandruff can be so embarrassing, I used to get really anxious about it, thinking everyone was staring at my shoulders! It's totally okay to feel conscious. But most times it's easily manageable. Don't stress too much, try some anti-dandruff shampoo and see.

As someone with PCOS, I know how easily skin and hair issues can pop up. For dandruff, I've found that a good anti-dandruff shampoo from a reputable brand helps, but it's not a one-size-fits-all. What works for one might not for another. Be gentle with your scalp and maybe consult a dermatologist if it's severe.

Dandruff is so annoying! I tried so many things. Apple cider vinegar rinse helped some people, but it was too strong for me. What actually made a difference was an anti-dandruff shampoo with ketoconazole, used regularly. And making sure to rinse my hair thoroughly every time I wash it. Consistency is key.

Yaar, dandruff is the worst, especially with dark clothes! I actually found that not washing my hair too frequently (like every other day instead of daily) and using a good quality anti-dandruff shampoo made a big difference. Aur make sure u massage the scalp well, tabhi product kaam karega.

Dandruff is very common and usually caused by a fungus on the scalp. A good anti-dandruff shampoo with ingredients like zinc pyrithione, selenium sulfide, or ketoconazole is usually the first line of treatment. Remember to leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing. If it doesn't improve, a dermatologist can help find the right solution for you.
