What to take to help sleep?

Lately, I've been struggling to fall asleep, even when I'm tired. I just lie awake for hours. Is there anything natural I can take to help me sleep better?

Hey, it's totally normal to struggle with sleep sometimes, don't worry too much. Maybe try a warm glass of milk before bed, or some light reading instead of screen time. Just focus on relaxing your mind.

Oh god, I remember when I couldn't sleep for days and freaked out! Thought something was seriously wrong. But then I realized it was just stress. A hot shower and some soothing music really helped calm me down. It's usually temporary, just relax.

Ugh, sleep issues are the worst, I always think the worst when I can't sleep. Have you tried making your room completely dark and cool? Sometimes even a tiny bit of light or sound keeps me awake. Maybe try some guided meditation on YouTube, worked a bit for me.

Been there, done that! What really worked for me was fixing my sleep schedule – same time to bed and wake up, even on weekends. Also, avoiding caffeine after lunch made a big difference. Give it a try, consistency helps a lot.

Honestly, be careful with random suggestions online for sleep. Some things can interact with other meds or just not be right for you. Best to talk to a doctor first, even a general physician, to understand why you're having trouble. Don't self-medicate.

Beta, for sleep, our elders always said a bit of warm oil massage on the head helps. Or a small cup of chamomile tea. Not medicine, just natural things to soothe your body. But if it's too much, always good to ask a doctor.
