To break a fever, the most important things are rest and hydration. Drink plenty of fluids like water, ORS, or light soups. A paracetamol tablet can bring down the temperature. Also, try placing cool, damp cloths on your forehead and neck. If the fever is very high or lasts for more than a day or two, always consult a doctor, don't take risks.

When a fever hits, especially if you're busy, quick action is needed. Take a paracetamol (Crocin/Dolo) according to dosage. Ensure you're hydrated – keep sipping water or ORS. Don't skip meals completely, have something light like khichdi. If it's persistent beyond a day or two, or very high, a doctor's visit is non-negotiable to avoid further complications at work.

I've tried so many things for fever! For me, a lukewarm sponge bath works wonders to cool down. Also, drinking ginger tea with honey feels really soothing. And lots of fluids, like coconut water. But if the fever isn't coming down or you feel really sick, don't wait, a doctor will give you the right medicine. I learned that the hard way.

Fever, man, that's just the body shutting down. I usually just pop a Dolo or Crocin, whatever's at home. Then I just crash, try to sleep it off. My mom always forces me to drink lots of water and some kind of kaadha. If it doesn't break in a day, then it's doctor time.

To break a fever, you can take an antipyretic like paracetamol (usually 500mg or 650mg, check packaging for dosage intervals). Focus heavily on hydration with water or ORS. Sponge baths with lukewarm water can also help bring the temperature down. Monitor your temperature, and if it remains high or you have other concerning symptoms, please see a doctor.
