Haan bhai, vomiting aur diarrhea ho toh sabse pehle toh ORS solution peena shuru kar do. Body se bahut pani nikal jaata hai na. Aur khaane mein bilkul light cheezein, jaise dahi-chawal ya khichdi. Bahar ka kuch mat khaana. Agar ek din se zyada ho toh doc ko zaroor dikhaao.

Yaar, vomiting and diarrhea means your system is trying to get something bad out. Actually, the most important thing is to keep drinking ORS to prevent dehydration. Don't eat anything heavy or spicy. Just bland stuff, like plain rice and curd. If it's really bad or prolonged, you have to see a doctor, that's not something to mess with.

Oh no, that sounds awful, yaar! Vomiting and diarrhea together is the worst combo. Don't stress too much, but your priority number one is hydration. Keep sipping ORS, trust me. My mom always makes me drink jeera water too. And try to rest. If it doesn't get better in a day, definitely see a doctor!

I literally just recovered from this last week! It was horrible. My doctor told me the main thing is to keep sipping ORS or lemon water, even if you vomit it back up, keep trying. Eat only super bland things like plain boiled rice or dalia. No milk, no eggs, no spices. And get proper rest. It took me 3 days to feel somewhat normal again. If it's severe, don't wait, see a doc.

When you have both vomiting and diarrhea, the body becomes very weak from losing fluids. My mother always advises plain rice kanji (porridge) and tender coconut water. These are gentle. But it is very important to visit the doctor, especially for children or elderly, as dehydration can be serious. They will prescribe suitable medication.

Yes, ORS is absolutely essential for vomiting and diarrhea to prevent dehydration. Also stick to very bland food.

Vomiting and diarrhea will drain your electrolytes big time, so forget workouts for a bit. Focus on getting ORS in you; it's non-negotiable. Diet-wise, stick to super bland foods like rice water or khichdi initially. No supplements, no heavy protein, nothing that will stress your gut. Get well first, then restart your fitness journey.

Ugh, vomiting and diarrhea is such a challenge for the body. With my PCOS, I'm always extra careful about not pushing my system too much. So definitely focus on rehydration with ORS. Avoid anything that might irritate your stomach further. If it's persistent, a doctor's visit is essential to rule out anything serious and get proper guidance.

Vomiting and diarrhea makes me incredibly anxious, I always start panicking about getting severely dehydrated. Does anyone else get that intense fear? I usually just force myself to sip ORS and try to stay very still. Has anyone found anything that helps with the nausea and also calms the anxiety during these episodes?

Vomiting and diarrhea together sounds like a tough time. I've always heard ORS is the go-to for dehydration. I wonder if things like ginger tea or mint leaves can also help calm the stomach? It's always confusing to know what's safe and effective when you're feeling so sick.

Honestly, the first time I got severe vomiting and diarrhea, I panicked so much. But then the doctor told me it's quite common, usually a viral infection or food poisoning. The key is ORS, keep taking small sips. And don't rush into eating. Give your gut a break. It'll pass, just stay hydrated and trust your doc.

Vomiting and diarrhea? Oh man, that's the worst! All my foodie dreams just disappear. The only thing you should be taking is ORS, and maybe thinking about plain rice and curd as a treat after a few hours. No biryani for a while, sadly. But get well soon so you can enjoy food again!
