What to take for vomiting?

My daughter has been vomiting non-stop since morning, she's only 6 years old. She can't keep anything down. What can I give her to stop the vomiting?

Vomiting sounds really awful. I've never really had it badly. For temporary relief, people say to just rest and avoid food. But what about medication? Is there anything safe to take to stop it, or should I always just let it happen naturally?

Vomiting, ugh, it's like your stomach decided to have an argument with your mouth and lost! 😂 Seriously though, for me, sips of ginger ale or plain water, and then just lying still and pretending I'm a statue helps. If it's a lot, you might need a doctor to give you the 'off' switch for your tummy!

Vomiting? My body's dramatic way of saying 'nope, not today, Satan!' I usually just try to ride it out, sleep helps if I can manage it between trips to the bathroom. And a cold cloth on the forehead. Definitely not trying to eat anything for a while. Just water, plain and simple.

Haan, vomiting ho toh sabse pehle toh ORS paani peena chahiye, na. Body mein paani kam nahi hona chahiye. Thodi adrak wali chai bhi achi rehti hai. Aur khaana toh ekdum light, jaise khichdi ya dalia. Zyada oil wala kuch mat khaana. Agar zyada ho toh doc ko dikhana banta hai.

When you're vomiting, the primary concern is dehydration. Sip on ORS solution frequently, even small amounts. Avoid solid food initially and gradually introduce bland items like plain toast or boiled rice once you feel better. If vomiting is relentless, blood is present, or you develop severe abdominal pain, you must see a doctor to rule out serious issues and get anti-emetics if needed.
