Upset stomach and vomiting are definitely no fun. My health app suggests focusing on rehydration with ORS and resting. Avoid processed foods and opt for bland, easily digestible stuff like plain rice or boiled veggies. If it doesn't settle in a few hours or you get a fever, it’s always best to check with a doctor.

Upset stomach and vomiting make me so anxious, I always think it's something serious! Does anyone else feel that panic? I usually just try to sip water slowly, but it's hard when you feel so sick. What helps calm the stomach when you're also feeling super worried?

Please, please don't take upset stomach and vomiting lightly! I ignored it once, thought it would just pass, and ended up in the ER with severe dehydration. Drink ORS, sip clear fluids, and eat bland food only. If it continues or gets worse, do NOT hesitate to see a doctor. It's better to be safe.

For an upset stomach and vomiting, the body needs to reset. I find that drinking sips of warm water, perhaps infused with a little mint or ginger, can be very soothing. Try gentle, deep breathing – it helps calm the system. Avoid any strong smells or rich foods. Just give your body time and light nourishment.

When you have an upset stomach and are vomiting, it's so easy to feel overwhelmed and anxious about what's happening to your body. I totally understand that feeling. For me, just slowly sipping on ginger tea or plain water helps calm things down, and lying down in a quiet room. But if it's constant, seeing a doctor really helps with the worry.
