What to take for stomach pain and diarrhea?

Since morning, my stomach is paining a lot and I've had to run to the washroom multiple times. I ate something outside last night, maybe that's why. What can I take to feel better?

For stomach pain and diarrhea, the body is trying to cleanse itself. Drink plenty of warm water, perhaps with a touch of ginger. Gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) can help calm the nervous system and soothe the stomach too. Avoid any heavy or processed foods. Listen to your body and give it rest.

My doctor always stresses the importance of rehydration when dealing with stomach pain and diarrhea. ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) is absolutely crucial. Also, they recommended sticking to the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) as it's bland and easy to digest. Avoid dairy and spicy foods until symptoms subside. If it lasts more than a day or two, or if there's fever/blood, definitely see a physician.

Oh, stomach pain and diarrhea sound really bad. I usually just drink a lot of water. Is it okay to take some basic antidiarrheal medicine from the pharmacy, or is it better to just let it pass naturally?

Stomach pain with diarrhea always makes me so worried, like what if it's something really serious? Does anyone else get that panic? I usually just stick to plain rice and ORS. Sometimes a warm water bag helps the cramps. Has anyone found anything else that calms the anxiety too?

Please, please don't ignore stomach pain and diarrhea. I once thought it was just a minor bug and didn't see a doctor for days. Ended up severely dehydrated and it got much worse. Always rehydrate with ORS, eat bland food, and if it doesn't improve quickly, or if you feel very weak, get it checked by a medical professional. Don't make my mistake.
