Listen, period pain is real. First, a hot water bag is a must. Then, if the pain is bad, don't suffer. Take a painkiller that works for you, like a mild over-the-counter one. And rest, don't try to be a superwoman. Your body needs it.
I can only share what works for me. I find that a combination of a heating pad and some gentle stretching helps a lot. And for some reason, eating a small piece of dark chocolate makes me feel a bit better mentally and physically. Everyone's body is different, though.

Period pain? My brain immediately goes 'nope, not today'. 😴 Hot water bottle is my best friend, and honestly, a good sleep-inducing painkiller if it's really bad. Anything to escape the misery, haan. And chocolate, lots of chocolate!

Ho na, period pain is just so uncomfortable. I always make sure to drink warm water, like ajwain water, and use a hot bag. Sometimes just resting and keeping warm helps a lot. Aur, agar bohot zyaada ho toh I take a Crocin too. Always consult a doc if it's very severe.
Okay, so my girlfriend gets really bad period pain. I've learned that a hot water bag is essential. And she always asks for some chocolate or ice cream. She also takes some pain meds from her doctor. It's tough, man, so just try to support and help them rest.
