What to take for kidney stones?

I was diagnosed with small kidney stones recently and I want to prevent them from growing or causing more problems. Are there any natural remedies or something I can take for kidney stones to manage them?

Kidney stones sound incredibly painful and scary, I'd be so worried! Please don't try to treat them yourself. You absolutely need to see a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. They'll tell you if it's small enough to pass with water or if you need other interventions. Get it checked soon!

Hey! My friend recently went through this. Her doctor told her the most important thing is to drink SO much water to help flush them out. Also, depending on the type of stone, they might suggest specific dietary changes, like less salt or avoiding certain leafy greens. But first step, definitely see a urologist.

Some people find drinking apple cider vinegar diluted in water, or 'kulthi dal' (horse gram) water helpful for small stones, but always with caution. However, kidney stones can be very serious. If the pain is severe or it's a large stone, you must, must see a doctor. Home remedies are not a substitute for medical advice here.

As someone with high BP, I know how interconnected our body systems are. Kidney stones can be influenced by diet and hydration. My doctor always emphasizes staying well-hydrated and managing my BP to protect my kidneys. For existing stones, a urologist's advice is paramount; don't self-treat.

Kidney stones are no joke. For prevention, I focus on staying hydrated, especially after workouts, and a balanced diet. Too much protein can sometimes be an issue for certain stone types, so consult a nutritionist if you're into heavy training. But for existing stones, absolutely see a doctor, ASAP.

For kidney stones, the first step is always to get them diagnosed by a doctor. They'll check the size and type. For small ones, drinking lots of water and lemon water helps. Sometimes they prescribe medicines to relax the ureter. Avoid too much spinach and tomatoes if they're calcium oxalate stones.

If you suspect kidney stones, first get it confirmed with a doctor and imaging. While you're at it, track your water intake on an app. Staying super hydrated is usually the first line of defense for small stones. Your doctor might also recommend dietary changes based on the stone type.

Kidney stones need a proper diagnosis first, usually an ultrasound or CT scan. These tests can be a bit costly, so plan for that. Once you know the size and type, the doctor will suggest if it can pass naturally with lots of water, or if it needs treatment like lithotripsy. Don't skip the diagnosis part.

When my child had a small kidney stone, the doctor advised us to make him drink lots and lots of water, especially lemon water. He also gave some medication to help relax the tubes. But for bigger stones or severe pain, they might suggest procedures. Always follow the doctor's plan, it's very important.

Yaar, kidney stones are super painful, heard that from my chacha. Actually, he had to get surgery because it was too big. For smaller ones, doc usually says drink lots of water, maybe some lemon water. But best to get it scanned first na? Don't take risks.
