What to take for headache and fever?

Oh no, headache and fever together always makes me worry. Has anyone else felt super weak and dizzy with it? I always wonder if it's something more serious than a regular cold. What do you guys do if it doesn't go away quickly?

For mild cases, I usually try a cold compress on the forehead and a warm ginger tea. Lots of fluids are important. But if the fever is high or headache is severe and doesn't get better, then please, no home remedies, straight to the doctor. Don't take chances.

Ugh, the worst part of fever is losing your appetite! I just want some hot soupy noodles when I have a headache and fever. Try to eat light, comforting food, and definitely drink plenty of water. Maybe some fresh orange juice too!

Beta, don't worry too much, this happens often. Back in our day, we'd just take a crocin and rest. Most important is rest and fluids. If it persists more than a day or two, then go see a doctor, but often it's just a common cold virus.

Paracetamol and rest usually work. Hydrate properly.
