What to take for hay fever?

Every spring, I get these terrible sneezing fits, runny nose, and itchy eyes. My doctor said it's hay fever. What can I take to control these symptoms when they start?

Dude, don't ignore hay fever! I thought it was just a bad cold for weeks, and it messed up my sleep and focus at work. Finally went to a doc and got proper medication. Seriously, get it checked, it's not just a sniffle.

Oh my god, hay fever is the worst. Does anyone else get super watery eyes and a scratchy throat that just won't go away? I feel so tired all the time because of it. What medicines actually help without making you drowsy?

For allergies like hay fever, a strong immune system really helps. I try to eat clean, lots of fruits and veggies, and get my daily workout in. It doesn't cure it completely, but the symptoms are definitely less severe for me. Stay hydrated too!

Just go to a chemist and ask for an anti-allergy tablet like Allegra or Cetirizine. It's usually over-the-counter for hay fever. If it's severe, your GP might prescribe a nasal spray or stronger meds. Don't suffer unnecessarily.

Hey yaar, don't stress too much about it! My sister gets hay fever every year. She takes an antihistamine tablet her doctor recommended, and it helps a lot. Also, try to keep windows closed during high pollen times. Take care!

As a diabetic, I have to be careful with any medicines, especially cough syrups or cold remedies as they can have sugar. For hay fever, I always check with my doctor before taking anything. Usually, simple antihistamines are okay, but better safe than sorry, you know.

I used to suffer a lot from hay fever. What helped me personally was identifying my triggers, like certain plants. I started taking a daily over-the-counter allergy pill, and it made a huge difference. Everyone is different though, so see what works for you.
