What to take for fatty liver?

My recent health checkup showed I have a mild fatty liver. The doctor said I need to change my lifestyle and diet. Are there any natural remedies or supplements people usually take for fatty liver that might help?

Yaar, fatty liver is becoming so common, na? Actually, the main thing is lifestyle changes. Less oily food, no alcohol, and regular exercise. My uncle had it and his doc told him to walk every day, and cut down on sugar. It really helps, you'll feel better.

Fatty liver can be managed with proper care. It's important to consult a doctor who can guide you on diet and lifestyle changes. Remember to be patient with yourself and make small, consistent changes.

Fatty liver, huh? Looks like your liver is just getting a little too cozy! 😉 But on a serious note, it's a wake-up call to treat your body like the temple it is. Think of it as a gentle nudge to eat healthier and maybe dance a bit more. Consult a doc though!

Oh, fatty liver can sound really scary, I know! I always worry about these things. But doctors say it's manageable if you catch it early. Please go for a check-up and get proper advice. Don't stress too much, but don't ignore it either.

Beta, fatty liver often means we have been a bit careless with our food. My mother used to say, for liver health, neem patta juice and karela juice are good, but in small quantities. Most important is to eat simple ghar ka khana, reduce तेल and masala, and walk every morning. But do show it to a good doctor first.
