Oh my god, I just had this last week, it was so painful! What really helped me was drinking lots of warm water throughout the day. And then, at night, I had some Isabgol with warm milk. The next morning things were much better. Also, tried to eat more fruits like papaya. Hope this helps!

For constipation pain, focus on hydration and fiber. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Foods like prunes, figs, and leafy greens are good. If it's really painful, a gentle laxative like a stool softener might be helpful, but always check with your doctor or a pharmacist first, especially if it's a new issue. Don't use strong laxatives without advice.
