What to take for back pain?

Been having this nagging lower back pain for a few weeks now, especially after a long day at work. My wife keeps telling me to stretch more, but what can I take to get some relief quickly? It's really bothering me.

Back pain can be quite bothersome, but try to stay positive and trust in your body's ability to heal. Gentle movements and perhaps some meditation can help ease the discomfort. Of course, do consult a doctor for proper guidance and to rule out anything serious. Take care of yourself with kindness.

Back pain is very common these days, especially with so much sitting. First, check your posture, both when sitting and standing. A good firm mattress also makes a big difference. For immediate relief, a hot water bag or an over-the-counter pain balm can help. But if it's severe or ongoing, don't delay seeing a doctor, they might suggest exercises or physiotherapy.

Aur thoda tel garam karke malish karwa lo, dadi log bolte the. Par agar zyada dard ho aur ruk na raha ho toh doctor ko dikha lena. Kabhi-kabhi kuch aur bhi ho sakta hai na.

Back pain can be caused by many things. I track my activity levels and posture on my fitness app, and often poor posture or prolonged sitting is the culprit. For relief, gentle stretches (YouTube has good ones, but be careful), hot/cold packs, and ensuring ergonomic seating. If it's chronic or sharp, a doctor will likely recommend specific exercises or physio, which you can track too.

I've dealt with chronic back pain for years. It's crucial to identify the cause – sometimes it's muscle strain, sometimes disc issues. A good physiotherapist and a doctor are essential. For daily management, I find regular core strengthening exercises (as advised by my physio), maintaining correct posture, and using a firm back support helps immensely. Heat packs for acute pain work too.
