What to take for abdominal pain?

I've had abdominal pain for the past couple of days, it's not too severe but quite persistent. I'm looking for some home remedies or over-the-counter things I can take to get some relief. What usually helps with this kind of pain?

Dude, abdominal pain is the worst! If it's just mild period cramps or like, gas from bad food, I usually take a hot water bag. But if it's really bad or doesn't go away, my mom always says to tell her immediately or go to the doc. You don't wanna mess with stomach stuff.

Abdominal pain can be tricky, bhai. Sometimes it's just gas, but other times it can be something serious like appendicitis or kidney stones. Going to a doctor means tests like ultrasound, blood tests, which can be expensive. So, if it's not going away, better to spend on a doc visit now than a big hospital bill later. Don't self-medicate for long.

Please, please, please get it checked by a doctor. Abdominal pain can be a symptom of so many things, some of them quite serious. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Don't rely on internet advice for this kind of pain. Go to a doctor and find out the root cause.

Pet dard ho na, toh pehle toh garam paani piyo thoda. Aur ajwain bhi acha hota hai. Par agar zyada dard ho ya fever aaye, toh doctor ko dikhana hi chahiye. Risk nahi lena chahiye, haan na?

My son sometimes gets stomach pain, and for kids, it's often gas or a small infection. I usually give him ajwain water, or a little hing dissolved in warm water. If it's still bothering him after a few hours, or if he gets fever, then it's directly to the pediatrician. For adults, also be careful. If it's severe, don't delay seeing a doctor.
