What to say to someone who had a heart attack?

My uncle recently had a heart attack and is now recovering at home. I'm going to visit him soon, and I want to make sure I say the right things to support him without making him feel stressed. What's appropriate to say?

This must have been a deeply frightening experience. Gently tell them 'I'm so relieved you're recovering and focusing on your health. Take your time with healing, and remember to practice deep breathing and mindfulness to help calm your system. Your well-being is the most important thing.' Encourage rest and gentle recovery.

Man, that's some scary stuff. Glad you're okay. Just tell them 'Take it super easy now, recovery is key.' Maybe later, if they ask, you can gently talk about healthy eating and light movement for heart health. But for now, it's all about rest and following doc's orders.

Having dealt with my child's health scares, I know the fear. To someone who had a heart attack, I'd say 'I'm so relieved you're safe. Now your only job is to rest and recover fully. We'll handle everything else.' Offer practical support like meals or help with kids, and emphasize listening to their doctors and staying positive.

Hey! So glad to hear you're on the mend. Don't stress too much about anything right now, just focus on chilling and getting strong. We're all here for you! Let me know if you need anything at all, seriously, I'm just a call away!

Oh my god, that's absolutely terrifying. They must be feeling so vulnerable and scared right now. Just tell them 'I'm so relieved you're here, and I'm sending you so much strength for your recovery. Take all the time you need, and please know I'm here to support you in any way.' Validate their fear, don't dismiss it.

This is very serious, but good that they are recovering. Our elders always say that peace of mind and family support are vital for recovery. Tell them 'We are so relieved you are safe. Please rest well and follow your doctors' advice carefully. We are all praying for your full recovery.' Reassure them that family is there.

Arey yaar, that's serious news, haan! Just go see them, tell them 'I'm so glad you're okay, take it easy and focus on getting better.' Na, don't scare them with too many questions, just be supportive. Offer to help with daily chores, that's what friends do.
