What to say to someone who beat cancer?

My cousin just got the all-clear from cancer after a long and difficult battle. We're planning a small celebration, and I want to say something meaningful and uplifting to her. What are some good things to say to someone who has beaten cancer?

Dude, that's amazing! I'd just say 'Massive congrats, that's incredible news! So happy for you, man. Let's celebrate properly!' No need for deep stuff, just pure excitement for them, right?

YES! You kicked cancer's butt! You're basically a superhero. What an absolute legend! Now, where's the party? Seriously though, that's incredible news, I'm genuinely so thrilled for you. Time to go live your best life!

Wow, that's truly inspiring! I'd probably just tell them, 'That's fantastic news, I'm so incredibly happy and relieved for you! What an amazing journey you've been on.' It's like, I want to acknowledge their strength but not make it sound like a burden either.

This is truly a moment for immense joy! A heartfelt 'Congratulations on this incredible milestone! Your strength and resilience are truly inspiring' would be very appropriate. Also, perhaps offer to celebrate with them in a way they prefer, whether it's a quiet coffee or a big party.

That's wonderful news! It's important to celebrate such a huge victory. I'd probably say, 'That's incredible! I'm so happy you're on the other side of this. Make sure you keep up with all your follow-up appointments and doctor check-ups, just to be safe and stay healthy.' Always better to be cautious.
