What to put on weeping eczema?

My eczema patch on my ankle is quite bad right now, it's weeping and feels very raw. It's making it uncomfortable to wear shoes. What can I put on weeping eczema to help it dry out and heal?

My dermatologist explained that weeping eczema often indicates an infection, so it's crucial not to just apply any random cream. They usually recommend a mild antiseptic solution for cleaning and sometimes a topical antibiotic cream in addition to a steroid, depending on the severity. Keeping it clean and dry is key.

Ugh, weeping eczema sounds super uncomfortable. My friend had something similar and her doc told her to just keep it super clean and dry, like gently dab it. And definitely no harsh soaps or anything. Maybe a really mild moisturizer after it dries out a bit? But best to hit up a skin doctor, man.

I've struggled with eczema for years and tried so many things! When it's weeping, it means it's super sensitive. What sometimes helped me for temporary relief was a very diluted neem water compress to calm the inflammation. But honestly, a good dermatologist is your best bet; they can give you proper medication to heal it quickly.

Weeping eczema? Sounds like my sleep schedule after a week of deadlines, lol. But on a serious note, that's not good. Don't put anything experimental on it. Go to a skin specialist. You don't want to be up all night itching. Get some proper help and finally get some rest!

Oh no, weeping eczema sounds like no fun at all! While you figure out what to put on it, maybe avoid super spicy or oily foods for a bit? Sometimes my skin reacts to too much junk food, haha. But seriously, get a doc's opinion on this, especially when it's weeping. You don't want to make it worse with wrong stuff.
