What to put on eczema on hands?

My hands have been so dry and cracked lately, almost like rough sandpaper, and it's getting painful. It seems like eczema, especially when I do housework. What can I put on eczema on my hands to heal them and protect them?

Hand eczema is super common and irritating! My doc prescribed a strong emollient cream, almost like a barrier cream, to be applied multiple times a day, especially after washing hands. And wearing cotton gloves under rubber gloves for household chores made a HUGE difference. Look for creams with ceramides.

For hand eczema, it's mostly about protecting them. Wear gloves for any wet work – washing dishes, cleaning, etc. And keep a good, thick, non-greasy hand cream handy to apply throughout the day. Avoid harsh soaps. If it's severe, only a doctor's prescription will help.

Yaar, hand eczema is the worst, especially when you have to do things. Actually, my derm told me to keep my hands super moisturized, like, always. And to wear cotton-lined gloves for any work involving water. Plus, the cream he gave worked like magic. So, consult a doc!

Just like managing PCOS needs professional guidance, skin conditions like hand eczema also require a dermatologist's input. What worked for someone else might not work for you. Be cautious and prioritize what your doctor advises for safe and effective treatment.

Hand eczema can be tough, especially if you're active. I found that keeping my hands super hydrated with a heavy-duty moisturizer helped. Also, ensuring I drink enough water and a balanced diet for overall skin health. But for specific creams, your doctor is the best resource.

Oh my god, I literally just recovered from a bad bout of hand eczema! My dermatologist prescribed a specific steroid cream, and I also used a very thick, unscented barrier cream called CeraVe multiple times a day. And seriously, avoid hand sanitisers and harsh soaps. It worked wonders for me!
