What to put on eczema?

I've been struggling with eczema on my arms and legs for a while now, and it gets really itchy, especially at night. I've tried a few creams, but nothing seems to give lasting relief. What are some effective things I can put on eczema to stop the itching and help it heal?

Yaar, actually eczema ke liye, the best thing is a good moisturizer. Fragrance-free and thick ones work well. And for flare-ups, doc ne mujhe ek mild steroid cream diya tha. But yeah, get it checked from a dermatologist first, don't just put anything.

Eczema can be tricky, and what suits one person might worsen it for another. It's always, always best to get a proper diagnosis from a skin specialist. Please do not apply home remedies or random creams without medical advice.

For skin health, what you put inside matters too! But for topical application, my dermatologist recommended specific emollients. I also ensure I wear breathable fabrics during workouts to avoid irritation. Always check with your doc before applying anything.

Eczema ke liye, sabse pehle doctor ko dikhao. Jo dawai woh denge, wahi lagao. Aur nahaane ke baad, skin ko hamesha thoda nam rakho aur koi achha moisturizer lagao. Simple kapde pehno, cotton ke.

I've tried so many things for eczema! What really made a difference was a thick, emollient cream that was prescribed by my dermatologist. Coconut oil also helps soothe in between, but for severe flare-ups, only the prescribed medicine worked. Consistency with moisturizing is key.
