What to give toddler for vomiting?
My toddler, who is 3 years old, just vomited his dinner. He hasn't been eating much since morning. What should I give him to help with the vomiting and get some energy back into him?

Please be very careful with toddlers and vomiting. My nephew got severely dehydrated once, and it was quite serious. If the vomiting is continuous, or if they seem unusually drowsy or have fewer wet diapers, don't wait. Take them to the doctor immediately. Better safe than sorry.
ORS is definitely the way to go for toddlers, small sips work best to prevent dehydration.
For my toddler, when she used to vomit, our pediatrician always prescribed specific anti-emetic drops along with ORS. We never tried home remedies for her. I'd strongly recommend consulting your child's doctor for the right guidance.
When little ones are unwell, it tests our patience and faith. Keep calm and fill the home with positive energy. For any treatment, trust your family doctor's wisdom. Give lots of love and comfort, that's also a powerful medicine.
Toddler vomiting? My personal strategy is to brace myself for a long night and lots of laundry. Medically, it's ORS, ORS, and more ORS. And then calling the pediatrician every hour, because sleep is a myth when your kid is sick. Good luck!
