What to eat with tooth pain?

My tooth is really aching, and chewing solid food is unbearable. I need some soft food ideas that are still nutritious so I don't feel completely drained.

Ugh, tooth pain is the worst! No biryani or crispy pakoras then, sad! Just gotta suffer with soft stuff. I usually go for ice cream (cold helps temporarily, right?) or some really soft paneer bhurji with a mushy roti. Gotta make the best of it!

Tooth pain is such a nuisance! For practical eating, stick to soft things you don't need to chew much. Daal chawal, mashed potato, plain curd, soft idli. Basically anything that slides down easily. And lukewarm, not too hot or cold.

Hey, tooth pain can be really uncomfortable, so be gentle with yourself. Focus on very soft, easy-to-swallow foods. Soups, smoothies, yogurt, mashed fruits like banana, or very soft scrambled eggs are good options. Avoid anything crunchy, sticky, or very hot/cold.

Tooth pain sucks, especially when you're busy. Realistically, you need quick and easy soft foods. Soups, yogurt, khichdi, or even baby food if you're desperate. Just something that fills you up without requiring any chewing effort. Get to the dentist though, don't ignore it.

When you have pain, dear, it is the body asking for gentle care. Eat things that bring comfort and ease, like soft porridges or simple soups. Stay positive, listen to your body, and seek healing. Everything will be well.

It's completely normal to feel anxious about eating when you have tooth pain because you don't want to aggravate it. Just focus on liquids or very, very soft foods that don't need any chewing. Maybe some yogurt, thin dal, or a smoothie. Be kind to yourself.

Oh god, tooth pain! I'd be so worried about making it worse with the wrong food. I'd only eat liquid or really mushy things, like just dal or dahi. Anything that requires chewing would be a no-go for me. Better safe than sorry, right?

Been there, done that with tooth pain. Best advice: soft foods, room temperature. Think khichdi, curd rice, mashed veggies, smoothies, or even just plain milk. Avoid anything hard, chewy, spicy, very hot or very cold. And seriously, see a dentist asap!

My dentist advised focusing on liquids and pureed foods when experiencing tooth pain. This includes nourishing soups, protein shakes, mashed potatoes, and blended fruits. They specifically warned against anything acidic, crunchy, or very extreme in temperature as it can worsen sensitivity and pain.

Tooth pain is difficult, but for someone with BP like me, it's also about maintaining overall health. So even with pain, try to get some nutrients. Soft daal and rice, boiled vegetables, or smoothies are good. Just make sure to avoid very sugary foods which can also cause inflammation and affect BP.
