What to eat with a migraine?

Whenever I get a migraine, eating feels impossible, and certain foods seem to make it worse. What kinds of food are generally safe to eat when I have a bad headache like that?

Migraine is horrible, I know! Usually, I can't eat much during an attack. But try to have something light to avoid your stomach getting upset with medicines. Simple daal-chawal, plain roti, or maybe just a banana. And definitely avoid coffee, chocolate, or anything with strong smells that can trigger it. Water is key.

Migraine is no joke, bhai. When it hits, you won't even feel like eating. But try to have something simple, like a light khichdi or plain curd rice. Avoid strong smells and heavy food, they can make it worse. Just rest in a dark room and drink plenty of water. Take your medicine and chill.

Hi! Migraines are so debilitating. During an attack, light, bland foods are your best bet. Think plain toast, crackers, bananas, or a clear soup. The goal is to keep your blood sugar stable without irritating your stomach. And definitely avoid common triggers like caffeine, aged cheeses, processed meats, and strong-smelling foods.

My neurologist advised me to focus on non-triggering, easily digestible foods during a migraine. That means avoiding processed foods, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, and alcohol. Opt for bland items like whole grains, fresh fruits (non-citrus), and cooked vegetables. Hydration is also extremely important, so plenty of water is a must.

Migraine diet? More like, 'What food won't make my head explode?' 🤯 Seriously though, bland is your best friend. Think plain white rice and daal. Anything too flavorful feels like a party your brain definitely wasn't invited to. Just gentle sips of water and pray for it to pass!
