What to eat wisdom tooth pain?

My wisdom tooth is really bothering me, and it hurts to chew anything solid. What are some good soft food options I can eat to get some nutrition without too much pain?

Ugh, wisdom tooth pain is the worst! I always overthink what I can eat when my mouth hurts. For me, it was always soft foods like daal, mashed potatoes, or yogurt. Make sure it's not too hot or too cold. And seriously, don't try anything chewy, it'll just make it worse! Hope you feel better soon.

When you have wisdom tooth pain, time-saving soft foods are your best friend. Smoothies (no straw, use a spoon!), yogurt, khichdi, daal, mashed veggies. I found that having a batch of soup ready helped a lot when I was too busy to cook. Avoid anything hard, chewy, or very hot/cold.

Wisdom tooth issues can get costly, so diet management is important. Focus on affordable soft foods. Daal, rice porridge, plain yogurt, and boiled vegetables are cheap and easy. Stock up on these basic items. Don't waste money on fancy things you can't even chew. And if the pain is too much, don't delay seeing the dentist, it might save you more money in the long run.

Oh man, wisdom tooth pain sounds like a nightmare. I've been researching it 'cause mine are coming in too. From what I've seen, everyone says soft foods. Like, soups, smoothies, mashed anything. No crunchy stuff at all, seems like. Hope you get relief soon!

Oh, wisdom tooth pain is no joke! For food, you need things that require minimal chewing. Think soups, soft daal, plain yogurt, mashed potatoes, or even soft idlis soaked in sambar. Avoid anything spicy, crunchy, or very hot/cold as it can irritate the area. Small, frequent portions are usually better.

Having wisdom tooth pain can make you really anxious, especially about eating and not making it worse. It's totally normal to feel that way. Just focus on really soft, gentle foods that don't need much chewing. Soups, mashed foods, and smoothies (without a straw!) are your best friends right now. Don't worry too much, it will pass.

Yaar, wisdom tooth pain is brutal! Actually, when mine came in, I literally lived on dahi-rice and kheer for a few days. Anything soft and not too hot. Avoided anything chewy like roti or even some sabzis. And no using straws, the suction can mess up the extraction site if you had it out!
