What to eat when u have stomach pain?

I've had a persistent dull stomach pain for a few hours now, and I'm not sure what to eat. Everything feels a bit heavy. What kind of foods can I have when I have stomach pain that won't irritate it further?

Pet dard ho toh bahut halka khana khao, beti. Khichdi ya plain dal-chawal. Garam paani mein thoda sa ajwain daal ke piyo, bahut aaram milta hai. Aur masaledar cheezein bilkul mat khaana.

When your stomach hurts, it is your body telling you to slow down. Listen to it. Eat simple, wholesome food that is easy to digest, like khichdi. Drink warm water. And breathe deeply, allowing peace to calm your inner self. All will be well.

When I get stomach pain, I'm extra careful because of my diabetes. I stick to bland, low-sugar options like plain boiled rice, clear vegetable broth, or a thin buttermilk. Avoid anything that might spike blood sugar or irritate the stomach, like spicy foods or fruit juices. Always monitor your sugar levels.

For stomach pain, try bland, easily digestible foods like plain boiled rice, toast, or a thin vegetable soup. Avoid anything spicy, oily, acidic, or high in fiber initially. Sips of warm water or ginger tea can also be soothing. If the pain is severe or persistent, please consult a doctor to rule out anything serious.

Oh, I totally get it, stomach pain can be so debilitating! The only things I can manage are plain boiled rice with a little curd, or sometimes just sips of ginger tea. Anything else feels too heavy. Focus on bland and soothing options.

Dude, stomach pain is the worst! Whenever I get it, I just stick to plain rice and dal. No fancy stuff. My mom also makes me some ajwain water. And definitely avoid all the junk food, that just makes it worse.

I had really bad stomach pain last month, thought it was just gas. My doc told me to stick to a super bland diet for a couple of days: plain dalia, thin clear soup, and soft idlis. No spicy, oily, or raw veggies. It actually worked wonders in settling my stomach.
