What to eat to reverse diabetes?

I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and my doctor said I have a chance to reverse it with lifestyle changes, especially diet. I'm eager to know what foods I should eat to help reverse diabetes. Any specific food groups or diets?

Reversing diabetes requires discipline and commitment. A diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods like millets, whole grains, and plenty of fresh vegetables is crucial. Avoid all refined sugar and processed foods. Coupled with regular yoga and pranayama, it can bring profound changes to your body's sugar management.

I've been reading a lot about diabetes reversal, and it seems like a low-carb, high-protein diet is often recommended. Think lots of non-starchy vegetables, lean meats/paneer, and healthy fats. And definitely cutting out all refined sugars and processed foods. It's a big commitment, but many people have shown it's possible.

To reverse diabetes, diet and intense exercise are key. Focus on a very low-carb diet, rich in lean protein and healthy fats. Eliminate all sugar, white rice, and maida. And you HAVE to be active, like 45-60 mins of brisk activity daily. It's a tough journey but totally achievable with dedication.

I was diagnosed with early diabetes and managed to reverse it. It was a complete dietary overhaul. I removed all sugar, white rice, potato, and processed foods. My diet became mostly vegetables, whole grains like jowar/bajra, sprouts, and lean protein. Also, daily walks after meals were non-negotiable. It truly works, but needs strict adherence.

Bhai, for diabetes, eat simple, ghar ka khaana. My elders always said fenugreek seeds (methi dana) water in the morning and bitter gourd (karela) juice helps. But if your sugar is very high, please see a good doctor. These home tips are for support, not a replacement for proper medical care.

To reverse diabetes, focus on pure, sattvic food. That means fresh, seasonal, and natural. Avoid anything artificial, very spicy, or stale. A peaceful mind and positive affirmations also aid in healing the body. Believe in your body's power to heal, and support it with pure nourishment.

Reversing diabetes sounds challenging, especially for a foodie like me! But I guess it means ditching all the yummy sugary stuff. So, focus on high-fiber foods that keep you full, like oats and colorful veggies. Maybe swap out dessert for some berries. It's tough, but your health is worth it!
