While no food can guarantee cancer prevention, a diet rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds is always a good idea. Think lots of colourful fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats. Limiting processed foods, red meat, and excessive alcohol intake are also general recommendations.

As a diabetic, I already try to avoid sugar and refined carbs which are inflammatory. For cancer prevention, my doctor also advised to focus on high-fiber foods, lean protein, and lots of vegetables. Keeping a healthy weight is also crucial for both conditions.

As a parent, I'm always trying to ensure my kids eat healthy to prevent future issues. For cancer prevention, we focus on fresh, seasonal food. Lots of colorful vegetables, fruits, whole grains instead of refined flour. And we try to reduce red meat and processed snacks. It's about forming good habits early.

The thought of cancer can be really scary and make you overthink every bite. It's okay to feel that way. Focus on a balanced diet – lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and limiting processed stuff. It's about overall healthy living, not just one magic food.

Didi, for cancer, eat simply, clean. Less junk, less oil. More ghar ka khaana. Lots of fruits and sabzi. And no smoking, no excessive drinking. Bas, yeh basic cheezein toh kar hi sakte hain na.

While diet is important, please don't get hung up on 'preventing' cancer with specific foods. My family has a history, and I've learned that regular screenings and talking to an oncologist about your risk factors are far more effective. A healthy diet supports overall health, but it's not a sole prevention strategy.
