What to eat to improve liver function?

My doctor mentioned that my liver health could be better, and suggested making changes to my diet. I'm looking for natural ways to improve my liver function. Which foods should I include more of?

Beti, for liver, eat simply. Ghar ka khaana is best. Lots of green sabzi, daal roti. My mother always said haldi (turmeric) is like medicine for everything, so put a little in your food. And drink water, simple water, not those fancy drinks.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! For liver, try to eat lots of whole foods. Like, ditch the processed stuff and have more fresh fruits and veggies. My doctor also told me coffee in moderation can actually be good! And green tea, of course. You got this!

I'm not a doctor, so I can't give medical advice. But in my own experience, cutting out all alcohol and reducing fried foods drastically made a noticeable difference in my energy levels. I also tried to incorporate more garlic and green leafy vegetables into my diet.

Having PCOS, I've learned that a balanced diet helps everything. For liver health, a generally healthy diet with less sugar and processed foods is good. But if you have a specific liver condition, please consult a specialist. It's better to be safe than sorry with health matters.

Yo! For liver, I just cut down on all the junk food, especially oily stuff and sodas. Started eating more veggies, like broccoli and spinach, and fruits. My friend told me nuts are good too. Feeling much lighter now, honestly.

If you're really concerned about liver function, the best thing is to get a proper checkup at a good hospital. When you see the doctor, ask them explicitly for a diet plan. They can recommend specific foods or restrictions based on your exact condition and test results.
