For a healthy liver, a balanced diet and a peaceful mind are essential. Eat fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Avoid anger and negativity, these also affect our inner organs. Stay positive and take care of your beautiful body.
Good question! Eating well is so important for the liver.
My liver has seen better days, probably drowning in late-night biryani! Haha. But seriously, lots of greens, fruits, and less processed stuff is the general mantra. And water, always water! Give your liver some love, it works hard.
Bhai, for liver, eat less processed food and less oil. Simple homemade food is best. Daal, roti, sabzi, fresh fruits. And drink lots of water. Bas, zyada tension nahi lene ka.
Yaar, actually, for liver, everyone says less alcohol and less oily food, which is true. But also, coffee in moderation can be good! And try to have a lot of green tea, they say it's good for detox. Basically, keep it clean and simple.
Liver, kidney, heart... sab ko kuch na kuch chahiye. For liver, my doctor said reduce the fried pakoras and samosas. And less sugar. Ab toh sabzi kha kha ke main sabzi ban jaunga! But haan, it's important. Try fruits like papaya and amla.
Don't worry too much about it. For a healthy liver, focus on whole foods. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, and lean protein. Try to cut down on sugary drinks and fried items. Small, consistent changes help a lot.
Given my schedule, I focus on quick, healthy fixes. For liver, I prioritize homemade food, try to avoid outside junk, and keep alcohol minimal. A daily bowl of salad or fruit, and green tea instead of regular chai. Small consistent efforts work best.
