What to eat to help kidney function?

My doctor told me that my kidney function isn't as good as it should be, and suggested I make some diet changes. I want to know what foods are beneficial for kidney health. What should I be including in my meals?

Kidneys, liver, heart... ab bas yahi sab bacha hai dekhne ke liye! For kidneys, my doc says less salt, less processed stuff. Seems like everything good is bad for something, haan? I just try to eat ghar ka khaana as much as possible.

I can't really give medical advice, but from my personal experience, cutting down on red meat and very salty snacks helped me feel better generally. Also, drinking plain water and not just sugary drinks.

For kidney health, ghar ka khaana is the best. Avoid outside food, especially oily and spicy stuff. Drink lots of plain water, not sodas. And try to make daal-sabzi at home with less oil and salt. Simple changes make a big difference without costing much.

Hey! Don't stress too much, it's good you're thinking about it. For kidneys, it's mostly about eating fresh food, less packaged stuff, and staying super hydrated. My aunt swears by coconut water too! Just keep it simple and clean, okay?

Yaar, for kidneys, actually, it's more about what not to eat. Less sodium, less processed food. Aur paani bohot peena hai. I try to add some sabzi like lauki or pumpkin in my diet, they say it's good. But haan, don't overdo anything.

Generally speaking, a low-sodium, low-potassium, and low-phosphorus diet is recommended for kidney health, especially if there are existing issues. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, but some need to be moderated. Best to check with a dietitian who specialises in renal diets.

Nourishing your body with pure, simple foods helps all organs. For kidneys, gentle foods like cucumbers, gourds, and plenty of water are beneficial. Practicing light yoga and deep breathing also aids in overall detoxification and organ health.

My kidneys are probably tired of filtering all the caffeine I give them! Haha. But seriously, lots of water is important. And maybe try to avoid that extra sprinkle of salt on everything. Give your hardworking kidneys a break!

Kidney function? My brain function is barely surviving on 4 hours of sleep! Haha. But honestly, staying away from aerated drinks and too much coffee probably helps. And drink water, even if you forget to eat healthy food sometimes.
