What to eat to help arthritis?

My joints have been bothering me a lot lately due to arthritis, especially in my knees. The doctor gave me medicine, but I'm wondering if there are some foods that can help reduce inflammation and pain naturally. Any dietary tips would be great.

Oh man, arthritis pain sounds like a nightmare. If only more sleep could fix it, I'd be all over it! But for diet, I hear anti-inflammatory foods are key. Basically, everything healthy that I mostly avoid after a long, tiring day, haha.

I've seen many elders try natural remedies for arthritis. Turmeric, ginger, and garlic are often added to food as they are known for anti-inflammatory properties. Also, including more omega-3 rich foods like flaxseeds or fish, and plenty of fruits and vegetables, can help. But consistency is key.

For arthritis, a diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods can be very beneficial. This includes omega-3 fatty acids from fish or flaxseeds, antioxidants from fruits and vegetables, and spices like turmeric and ginger. However, always consult your rheumatologist or a dietitian for a personalized diet plan, as different types of arthritis may have specific dietary considerations.

Arthritis ke liye, anti-inflammatory foods khaao. Haldi, adrak, lehsun ka use zyada karo. Omega-3 fatty acids wali cheezein achhi hain, jaise fish ya akhrot. Processed food aur sugar kam karo. Body ko andar se theek rakhna hai toh khana sahi hona chahiye.

I totally get it, dealing with arthritis must be really tough. For diet, focusing on anti-inflammatory foods seems to be the common advice. Lots of colorful fruits and vegetables, foods rich in Omega-3 like walnuts or flaxseeds, and spices like turmeric and ginger. Avoiding processed foods and excess sugar is also crucial.
