What to eat to detox liver?

My friend was talking about detoxing their liver with certain foods, and I'm curious if it actually works. I often feel tired and bloated. What kind of diet would be good for a liver detox?

I was just reading about this! A lot of articles suggest foods like garlic, turmeric, and green tea for liver detox. Also, lots of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. Is there any truth to these claims, or is it just fads?

Beta, liver ko saaf rakhne ke liye ghar ka saaf khana khaao. Haldi doodh bhi achha hota hai. Aur nimbu pani subah peena faydemand mana jaata hai. Par agar koi badi takleef hai, toh doctor ko zaroor dikhana.

For liver health, my son's nutritionist emphasized limiting processed foods, excessive sugar, and anything very oily. Instead, we focus on fresh, home-cooked meals, plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens, and good hydration. It's about overall healthy eating, not a quick detox.

I've tried a few things to support my liver over the years. What consistently helps is a diet rich in antioxidants. Think berries, green tea, and lots of colorful vegetables. I also find lemon water first thing in the morning to be very refreshing and helpful. Avoiding alcohol is a big one too.

There's no magic 'detox' food for the liver; it's a naturally detoxifying organ. Support its function by eating a balanced diet: plenty of fruits, vegetables (especially cruciferous), whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit alcohol, processed foods, and excessive sugar/fats. Stay hydrated.
