What to eat if you keep vomiting?

I've been feeling nauseous and vomiting a lot since this morning. It's making me feel very weak. What kind of food should I try to eat?

If you're continuously vomiting, first prioritize hydration with ORS or coconut water. When you can tolerate food, start with extremely bland options like plain toast, boiled rice, or sips of clear broth. Avoid anything spicy, oily, or dairy. If it doesn't stop, see a doctor ASAP.

Beta, agar baar baar ulti ho rahi hai toh zyada zor mat lagao khane par. Bas thoda-thoda paani ya ORS pite raho. Jab thoda theek lage toh adrak wali chai ya phir halki khichdi kha sakte ho. Lekin agar bahut zyada ho toh doctor ke paas jaana zaroori hai.

Continuous vomiting means your body is severely dehydrated. Focus on rehydrating with ORS, not just plain water. When you can tolerate solids, stick to super bland foods like plain crackers, boiled potatoes, or white rice. Definitely no heavy exercise until you're completely recovered and have your energy back.

Oh no, constant vomiting is so scary and draining. I always worry if I'm going to get dehydrated. Does anyone else feel like even water can sometimes trigger it? I usually try just tiny sips of ORS or plain soda water. And dry toast, if I'm lucky.

When vomiting is persistent, the main concern is dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Focus on small, frequent sips of ORS, clear broths, or diluted fruit juice. Gradually introduce bland, easily digestible foods like plain biscuits, boiled rice, or mashed bananas. If it doesn't improve, please seek medical attention.

Repeated vomiting is serious and can lead to weakness. Your priority is to prevent dehydration, so keep sipping on ORS or coconut water. When you feel a little better, start with very small amounts of bland foods like plain white rice, toast, or moong dal khichdi. Avoid anything heavy, spicy, or fatty for a few days.

Based on my experience, when I've had continuous vomiting, I could only manage sips of ORS and maybe a few plain biscuits. My body just rejected anything else. It's about slowly introducing very bland foods and seeing what stays down. Definitely consult a doctor if it's severe or prolonged.

Bro, if you're throwing up constantly, forget solid food for a bit. Just ORS, man, that's what saved me once. When I could finally keep something down, it was literally just plain Maggi, but really diluted, no masala. Small sips of water. Don't push it.

Humare ghar mein toh jab bhi kisi ko ulti hoti hai, sabse pehle ORS dete hain. Phir thodi der baad bilkul sadharan khichdi, ya phir sirf dahi chawal. Garam garam pani peene ko bhi kehte hain. Zyada nakhrhe nahi chalte, sehat pehle hai.
