What to eat if vomiting and diarrhea?

My little one, Riya, started having vomiting and loose motions since yesterday evening. She's just 3 years old. I'm worried about what to give her to eat so she doesn't get weaker.

Oh no, that's a tough combo! 😥 Hydration is super important, so ORS or coconut water are your best friends! When you can eat, go for bland foods like boiled rice, plain curd, or toast. Avoid anything spicy or oily! Get well soon! ✨

My doctor always recommends the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) for vomiting and diarrhea, along with ORS. These foods are bland and easy to digest, helping to bind things up. She emphasized avoiding dairy, spicy foods, caffeine, and high-fiber foods until symptoms subside. Small, frequent portions are key.

Ugh, vomiting and diarrhea is like your stomach throwing a tantrum and cleaning house at the same time. No fun! Forget all your gourmet cravings for a bit. It's strictly plain jane food: maybe some toast, or simple khichdi. Your tastebuds will forgive you later!

Dude, that sucks! When I had that, I literally just survived on ORS and plain white rice with a bit of curd. No spices, no oil, nothing. And sips of water all the time. Don't try to be a hero and eat pizza, seriously.

Bhai, agar ulti aur dast dono ho rahe hain toh sabse pehle ORS piyo, bahut zaroori hai. Khane mein bas halki khichdi ya dahi chawal. Aur kuch nahi. Zyada taqat waala khana khane ki koshish mat karna, body ko rest do.

Vomiting and diarrhea? Sounds like my weekend after a bad biryani! Jokes aside, it's terrible. Honestly, just ORS and maybe some plain toast. Forget about flavor, just get some carbs in. Sleep, if you can even manage that between bathroom trips.

This is a common issue, and hydration is paramount. Keep sipping ORS, coconut water, or clear broth. When you start eating, opt for very bland, easy-to-digest foods like plain boiled rice, toast, bananas, or applesauce. Small quantities are better to avoid irritating your stomach further.

Ho na, vomiting aur diarrhea mein itna mushkil hota hai. Pehle toh bas ORS aur pani peete raho. Thoda accha lage toh plain bhat (rice) ya thodi dahi khichdi. Masala-tel sab band. Doctor ko consult karna achha hai, haan na?

Beta, aise haalat mein toh thoda dahi chawal ya phir khichdi kha sakte ho. Aur paani, ORS pite raho taaki kamzori na aaye. Adrak ka ras bhi thoda fayda kar sakta hai, lekin doctor ki salah sabse zaroori hai.
