What to eat after hangover vomiting?
Last night was a bit much, and this morning I woke up feeling terrible, then ended up vomiting. My head is spinning a bit. Now that my stomach feels a little better, what can I eat that won't make me sick again?

Honestly, the best thing is something super light. Maybe some rice kanji or khichdi. Coconut water also helps to rehydrate. If you still feel very sick or the vomiting continues, better to consult a doctor, don't ignore it.
After vomiting from a hangover, focus on fluids first – ORS or nimbu paani is key. For food, think bland. Toast, idli, or plain rice with a little curd. Avoid anything spicy, oily, or acidic for a while. Your stomach needs a break.
Hey, don't stress too much! We've all been there. Just take it easy. Try some plain biscuits or a banana. And lots of water, obviously. Maybe a gentle ginger tea too? It usually helps calm the stomach.
A plain bowl of dal chawal, not too spicy. Or perhaps some bread with a thin layer of butter. Hydrate with water throughout the day. Hope you feel better soon.
BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) is a classic for a reason. Stick to plain stuff. Absolutely no coffee or greasy food. Just rehydrate and go easy on your system.
