What to drink to rehydrate after vomiting?
I had a really bad bout of vomiting earlier today and now I feel completely drained. What should I drink to properly rehydrate myself? I don't want to get sick again.

After vomiting, you need to replace electrolytes fast. ORS is best, or coconut water if you don't have ORS. Small sips, frequently. Don't chug a lot at once, you'll just vomit again. Clear fluids only.
Just take small sips of water. Or nimbu pani with a little salt and sugar. Don't rush it, your stomach needs rest.
My mother always makes kanji (rice gruel) water with a pinch of salt when someone is weak after vomiting. Tender coconut water is also very good for electrolytes. But if vomiting is persistent, please consult a doctor without delay.
Oh, vomiting is the worst! I always feel so drained afterward. I usually just try sips of plain water, or sometimes a little ORS if I have it. Does anyone else feel super nauseous even after it stops?
Don't just drink anything and hope for the best. I once just had water and got more dehydrated because I lost salts. ORS is critical. If you feel weak or dizzy, see a doctor. It's better to get checked than to let dehydration get serious.

Ghar pe, hum hamesha chawal ka paani dete hain, jo maandi kehte hain. Thoda sa namak daal ke. Ya fir, nariyal paani. Ye sab shareer ko takat dete hain. Par agar bohot zyada ultee ho, toh doctor ko zaroor dikhao.
Beta, it happens sometimes. Just take it easy. Sips of simple boiled and cooled water. No fancy drinks. If you have some glucose or nimbu pani at home, that's fine too. But slow, slow. Don't worry, you will feel better.
