What to drink to cleanse liver?

I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately, and I'm thinking about doing a 'liver cleanse'. Are there any drinks that are known to help cleanse the liver and make you feel more energetic?

Cleanse liver? Man, after a sleepless night and too much caffeine, my liver probably needs a whole spa day! But seriously, I've heard warm lemon water in the morning is supposed to be good. Also, green tea. But don't expect a magic flush, your liver is pretty good at its job already if you just treat it right.

Yo, so for liver cleanse, my gym trainer always says just drink a ton of water, like 3-4 liters daily. And less processed food, obvs. Some guys I know swear by beetroot juice or fresh amla juice too. But really, main thing is just healthy diet and exercise, no shortcuts.

Please be careful with 'liver cleansing' drinks. I once tried a super aggressive detox cleanse from the internet and felt terrible, almost made myself sick. Your liver cleanses itself naturally! Focus on a healthy diet, avoid alcohol and sugary drinks, and if you have concerns, see a doctor. Don't risk your liver with unverified remedies.

To help your liver, simple is best! Lots of plain water is always a winner. 💧 Some people like green tea or lemon water too. Avoiding processed foods and alcohol is super important for a happy liver! ✨ Always listen to your body and a doctor's advice! 😊

The idea of 'cleansing' organs always makes me curious. For the liver, is it just about supporting its natural function, or are there drinks that actively 'detox' it? I see so many ads for liver detox drinks. What's the real science behind it? Is it mostly just marketing?
