When I feel like vomiting, my mother always tells me to sip some ginger tea or keep a small piece of ginger in my mouth. Sometimes it helps. But if it's severe or persists, I don't hesitate to consult my family doctor. He knows best for us.

Whenever I feel any strong symptom, especially something like nausea or feeling like vomiting, I always think it's better to get it checked. Of course, you can try some ginger or a plain biscuit, but if it persists, it's not normal. Go to a doctor to make sure there's nothing serious going on. Safety first, always.

I just went through this last week! It was probably something I ate. I kept taking small sips of ORS, didn't eat anything heavy for a day, and honestly, just rested a lot. My doctor said if it continued for more than 24 hours or if I got a fever, I should come back. Luckily, it passed.

Aiyyo, feeling like vomiting is so uncomfortable, ho na? Try to take small sips of water, or maybe some ginger water. Sometimes, just resting in a quiet place helps. Haan na, if it doesn't go away soon ya if you feel dizzy, then better consult a doctor. Just to be safe.

Please, don't ignore it if you feel like vomiting for too long! I once thought it was just a little acidity and it turned into really bad food poisoning. Always hydrate, but if it doesn't get better quickly or if you feel weak, get yourself checked by a doctor. It's not worth waiting and suffering more.

Yaar, that feeling is just horrible! I usually sip on some nimbu pani or put an ice cube in my mouth. Actually, my granny used to say a clove helps. But seriously, if it's because of something really bad you ate or it doesn't go away, you have to see a doctor. Don't take chances, na?

Ugh, feeling like vomiting is the worst. I make sure I'm not dehydrated, so sips of water or even some coconut water help. Sometimes it's just from eating something heavy or too spicy. I try to avoid that junk. If it doesn't pass, obviously a doc visit is needed, no point pushing through discomfort.
