What to do when experiencing heart attack?

My father is a heart patient, and I always worry about him. Just in case, what should one do if someone experiences a heart attack? I want to be prepared in an emergency situation.

This is extremely serious and not something to ask on a forum. My relative had a severe heart attack and every minute counted. If you or someone you know is having symptoms of a heart attack, please call emergency services right away and get to the nearest hospital. Do not delay, it can be life-threatening.

As a diabetic, I'm always told to be extra careful about heart health. If someone is experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or arm pain – these are classic signs. The first and most crucial step is to call for an ambulance immediately, don't wait. Time is critical in such situations.

It's really frightening to even think about experiencing a heart attack, and the fear itself can be overwhelming. But please know, the most important thing is to stay calm and immediately call for emergency medical help (ambulance). Don't try to drive yourself or wait; time is precious. Just focus on getting professional help as quickly as possible.

Just thinking about a heart attack makes me so anxious. I always wonder if I'd recognize the symptoms or panic. Does anyone else get super stressed about these kinds of medical emergencies? But seriously, if someone is having one, the absolute first thing is to call the ambulance, right? Don't even think twice.

Oh, a heart attack is like, one of the scariest things. From what I've read, if someone suspects it, they should immediately call 102/108 (ambulance) and then sit them down and loosen any tight clothing. If they have aspirin, and are not allergic, maybe they can chew one, but only if they are conscious. But yeah, ambulance first always.
