What to do when cancer pain is unbearable?

My uncle has been suffering from cancer for a while now, and lately, the pain has become truly unbearable for him. Even after taking the prescribed medicines, he cries out sometimes. I'm really worried about him; what else can we do to help manage his pain?

I am so sorry to hear someone is going through such immense pain. Please seek immediate medical attention from their oncologist or a pain management specialist. No one should have to suffer unbearable pain.

Yaar, unbearable pain is a serious situation. Especially with cancer, doctors have ways to manage it, with proper painkillers and all. This isn't something one should try to tolerate. Actually, a specialist pain clinic would be the best option for immediate relief and management.

When the pain is unbearable, the priority is relief, not costs. Most hospitals have pain management teams. Don't worry about the expenses right then, just get the patient to a facility that can help. Many NGOs also offer support for cancer patients, maybe look into that later for long-term care.

I can only share what my family member went through. When their cancer pain became too much, we had to admit them to the hospital, and the doctors there adjusted their pain medication. It was a difficult time, but the specialists were able to provide relief. It's definitely a medical emergency requiring professional help.
