What to do if you think your having heart attack?

My BP has been a bit high lately, and my doctor warned me about heart issues. I sometimes feel chest discomfort, and it makes me nervous. What should I do if I think I'm having a heart attack?

First, don't let the panic take over, even though it's hard. I once had severe chest pain and thought the worst, but it was just acidity. Still, you MUST call emergency services (108) immediately. Better safe than sorry, and let the doctors decide.

Look, fitness and good diet are long-term game changers, but this is an emergency. If you even suspect a heart attack, immediately call 108. Don't try to exercise it off or wait. Get professional medical help, literally every second counts.

This is NOT the time to ask random people on the internet. If you think it's a heart attack, you need an ambulance, not forum advice. Call 108 right now. Go to the hospital. Seriously, don't mess around with this.

I once thought some chest discomfort was just indigestion and waited too long. Big mistake. If you even remotely think it's a heart attack, call 108 immediately. Don't be like me and regret not acting fast. Get professional medical attention without any delay.

That sounds incredibly scary. Please call emergency services (108) right away. Don't be alone. Help is on the way.

Okay, definitely not a good time for a 'DIY heart attack challenge'! 😅 Seriously though, call 108 or have someone rush you to the nearest hospital. This is one situation where you absolutely, positively need the pros, not just good vibes. Stay calm if you can!
