If you have an asthma attack, the first and most critical step is to use your rescue inhaler immediately, as prescribed. Take deep, slow breaths. If your breathing doesn't improve within minutes, or if your symptoms worsen, call for emergency medical help (108) without hesitation. Do not delay.

Okay, if you're having an asthma attack, please stay calm as much as possible. Find your rescue inhaler and use it as instructed. Sit upright, don't lie down. Take slow, deep breaths. If after a few minutes and a couple of puffs you're still struggling, or if you feel your condition worsening, you need to call for emergency medical help right away. Your health is the priority.

Asthma attacks can be very dangerous if not managed properly. I've seen complications arise from delaying help. You MUST use your rescue inhaler first. If that doesn't provide relief, or if your condition worsens rapidly, you need to seek emergency medical attention without a second's delay. Don't self-diagnose or wait it out. See a doctor or go to the ER.

I remember my first severe asthma attack, I panicked so much! But it's crucial to stay as calm as you can. Use your rescue inhaler as soon as symptoms start. Sit in a comfortable, upright position. If your breathing isn't easing up after a few doses or you feel really bad, don't hesitate to call for emergency help. It's better to be safe.

Asthma attack? Ugh, not fun. First, locate your inhaler like it's the last slice of pizza. Use it. Sit upright, don't lie down, you'll feel like an elephant is sitting on your chest. If that doesn't work, or you're turning blue, dial 108. Seriously, don't try to be a hero. My lungs already feel tired just thinking about it.

If you have an asthma attack, dude, just use your rescue inhaler immediately. That's the main thing. Sit down, try to relax, and take slow, deep breaths. If after a few puffs it's still not better or you feel worse, seriously, call an ambulance. Don't mess around with breathing.

Haan, asthma attack is scary. Sabse pehle apna inhaler use karo, jaise doctor ne bataya hai. Sit up straight, try to stay calm na. Agar thodi der mein relief nahi milta, ya saans lene mein bohot problem ho rahi hai, toh immediately emergency number par call karo. Don't wait.
