Arre beta, hangover is very painful, I know. Pehle toh, lot of water peeyo. Nimbu paani with a pinch of salt and sugar also helps with energy. Try to eat something light like a simple khichdi if you can. And just rest, don't try to work. Next time, thoda kam peeyo, haan?

Hangover headache and vomiting? Been there, done that, never again (maybe). Hydration is key, dude. Drink water, ORS, even coconut water helps. And a painkiller for the headache. If you're still throwing up, don't force food, just sip liquids. Sleep it off, seriously. And next time, alternate drinks with water!

Ugh, the classic hangover! My go-to is usually a huge bottle of water, then some ORS, and maybe a plain paratha or toast if my stomach can handle it. For the headache, an aspirin or paracetamol. And seriously, just trying to sleep it off for as long as possible is the best hack. Hope you feel better!

Hangover is basically severe dehydration and toxicity. Forget the gym for today. Your body needs to recover. Rehydrate aggressively with electrolytes (ORS, coconut water). Eat very bland, easy-to-digest food when you feel up to it. And learn for next time: hydrate *while* drinking, not just after. Proper nutrition and hydration always win.

While this is usually for adults, if someone is having these symptoms, basic care is key. Focus on gentle rehydration with ORS. If the vomiting is continuous and they can't keep anything down, or if there's extreme weakness, then it's important to take them to a doctor or hospital to prevent severe dehydration. Take care of yourself.

For a hangover, just stick to the basics: rehydration with water and electrolytes (ORS is best), and a mild painkiller for the headache. Don't fall for any crazy 'hangover cure' articles online that tell you to drink raw eggs or some weird concoction. Most are useless and some can even be harmful. If vomiting is severe or prolonged, see a doctor.

Oh, my poor friend, hangover feels like the end of the world, I know! Don't stress too much though, it'll pass. Just keep sipping on ORS or plain water, and if you can, try some ginger tea for the nausea. And seriously, just sleep it off! Text me when you're alive again! 😉

When you have a hangover, beta, it means your body is telling you it needs cleansing. Drink plenty of plain water, or some fresh lime water with a little sugar and salt. Some ginger tea can help with the vomiting. Rest in a quiet, dark room. Next time, remember moderation, for your own health.
