What to do for extreme tooth pain?

My tooth is hurting so badly, it's an extreme, sharp pain that's not letting me sleep. I can't even touch it. What can I do for extreme tooth pain right now, before I can see a dentist?

Extreme tooth pain can be really debilitating. While it doesn't directly relate to thyroid, sometimes general inflammation in the body can be a factor in many health issues. For the tooth, you absolutely need to see a dentist immediately; don't wait. And if you have other conditions, ensure regular checkups for everything.

While yoga cannot 'cure' tooth pain, some gentle breathing exercises can help manage the intense discomfort and calm your nerves. Try deep, slow breaths to relax your body. It won't remove the problem, but it might make the wait for the dentist a little more bearable. Still, a dentist visit is very important.

Oh, extreme tooth pain is absolutely horrible, I've been there! I tried clove oil, salt water rinses, even garlic – they gave *some* temporary relief, but honestly, nothing truly fixes it except a dentist. Get an appointment ASAP. The pain won't go away on its own, it'll just get worse.

Extreme tooth pain means you need to get to a dentist, pronto. No amount of protein shakes or running is going to fix a cavity! Just focus on getting medical attention. General good health helps with recovery, but for specific acute pain like this, only a pro can help.

When you have extreme tooth pain, exercise is probably the last thing on your mind, and rightly so! Don't try to push through it. Your priority is seeing a dentist. Once the pain is managed, regular light walks can help overall well-being, but for now, focus on getting dental help. It's an emergency.
