What to do for asthma without inhaler?

My cousin has mild asthma, but sometimes she forgets her inhaler. I'm worried about what she should do if she has symptoms and doesn't have it. What are some general tips for managing asthma without an inhaler in an emergency?

My grandmother would always say stay calm, but during an asthma attack without an inhaler, it's very difficult. The best is to get professional medical help immediately. Call for an ambulance. Until then, sit upright and focus on slow, controlled breathing. Don't rely on home remedies when it's an emergency.

I used to panic so much during attacks without my inhaler! But my doctor told me the main thing is to stay calm, sit upright, and focus on slow breathing. It doesn't fix it completely, but buys you time until emergency help arrives. So don't lose hope, just focus on that call for help.

This is a serious situation. Having high BP, I know timely medical intervention is critical. If you don't have an inhaler during an attack, it's an emergency. Call 108 without any delay. Don't try to manage it yourself, as it can escalate quickly. Prevention is always better, so keep your inhaler handy.

Having an asthma attack without an inhaler must be terrifying, I can only imagine the panic. It's totally valid to feel scared. The most important thing is to try and calm yourself, sit upright, and immediately get someone to call for medical help. Don't let the fear stop you from reaching out.

Bhai, no inhaler during an asthma attack? This is serious. Pick up the phone and call emergency services right away. Don't try to be a hero. Sit down, keep calm as much as possible, and wait for medical help. That's it. Nothing else will work.
